Ideal Job Space is a German education and career platform that specifically prepares talented individuals from India for their move to Germany and provides them with long-term support. With professional language training, cultural integration, and individual support, the platform ensures that skilled workers and trainees arrive in Germany successfully and integrate sustainably.
The foundation of every project is a strong network: from the governments of the states of Kerala and Sikkim to recognized non-profit organizations and language institutes to German care and educational institutions, expat communities, and integration service providers. Deraja – Placement and integration management for nursing staff from Kenya
Deraja is a German non-profit organization that prepares nursing professionals and candidates for vocational training in Germany in Kenya.
As part of the Alliance for Fair Recruitment, Deraja manages placement and integration in Germany. We support the integration of our candidates by helping them take their first steps in Germany (dealing with authorities and other tasks) and by building a strong network of mentors and other participants.
