Why do so many integrations fail?
Because skilled workers are repeatedly being recruited to Germany, who in many cases
and as a result experience considerable difficulties in their professional and social environments.

What are we doing better?
We connect language schools, educational institutions (nursing colleges, nursing schools, universities), care facilities, and specialized partners who work together to bring international nursing professionals and other medical professionals to Germany—all in accordance with high ethical and quality standards.
All professionals achieve language proficiency level B2 in their country of origin and are then given further support through intensive training – to ensure smooth communication in everyday life and at work.
These training courses are based on special workshops and communication partnerships with German healthcare professionals.
In addition, intensive preparation for the German knowledge test for various professions (nursing, MTRA, etc.) takes place in the country of origin. These preparatory courses are conducted by German vocational schools, which then also administer the knowledge test.
All services in the country of origin are free of charge for interested parties.

Understanding:
Can understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
Speaking:
Can communicate so spontaneously and fluently that a normal conversation with native speakers is possible without much effort on either side.
Writing:
Can write clear, detailed texts on a wide range of topics, explain their opinion on current issues, and present the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
